As Assessment & Compliance Coordinator (ACC) for Yorktown Middle School, my responsibilities include the following:
TESTING - Coordinate building-level testing procedures and protocols for state and local testing, such as Standards of Learning (SOL) assessments and York County School Division assessments.
504 Plans- Coordinate all components of student 504 plans, including scheduling evaluations, eligibility meetings, Section 504 meetings and provide leadership in the development and management of these plans.
ATTENDANCE -Work with YCSD Attendance Officer to develop and to implement attendance plans; addresses disciplinary referrals related to truancy and school and class tardiness.
REMEDIATION- Work with building principal and staff to develop remediation programs and identify students for the programs; maintain all student remediation records and complete reports required for remedial programs and funding.
